What’s the role?

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the face and the force behind the smooth running of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services at Amber’s.

You’ll lead from the front – not the clipboard.
You’ll host with warmth, guide the team with energy, and ensure every shift sparkles with five-star service.

You’ll know your Bordeaux from your Beaujolais, your lemongrass from your leeks, and have a natural feel for pairing great food with exceptional service. Your attention to detail is second nature, and you can spot an empty glass across the room faster than a sommelier on speed dial.

What experience do I need?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least one year’s experience in a similar restaurant management or high-level supervisory role (hotel or standalone).

• Thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.

• Has genuine flair for hospitality and a high bar for service.

• Can motivate and lead a team with energy, empathy, and professionalism.

• Is hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about all things food and drink.
