Ruby Wedding Anniversary party Just a quick note from Janet and myself to thank you and all the staff at Cedar Court Bradford, for looking after our Ruby Wedding Anniversary party on Saturday 12th March. Probably one of the smoothest shows we’ve had It was probably one of the smoothest shows we’ve had. Also wanted to leave feedback for your staff who were all helpful & a pleasure to work with. Especially Naz we had a little issue with the PA system during the day, which without being resolved would have caused us a lot of stress. However she resolved the issue straight away, whilst we were running around like headless chickens on the night, Naz took care of handling all the away boxers & their coaches, directing them to which changing rooms they had to be in. Took care of the officials. She was a real pleasure to work with. The hotel is delightful We have just stayed overnight at the Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate as part of a Travelzoo voucher purchased prior to the pandemic. I would like to say we had a lovely time and the hotel is delightful. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Everyone made this event very easy and stress free I organized a get-together dinner for 19 of my friends on the 26th Feb. We have had a get-together like this every year for over 30 years at the same venue. This year our usual venue was not available and I had to find an alternative. Courtney and Kathryn, who helped me to book the event, were very helpful and friendly. Shaun and Natalie, who helped to organise the event, made my job of organising the event very easy and stress free. Everyone that I dealt with at the Cedar Court was very friendly and helpful, reception staff, bar staff and waiting staff. A special thanks to Sana for helping me to arrange my friend’s accommodation. Thanks to the staff who served us dinner, Neesa, Sana, Willow, Bismah, Alisa and Fehzaan were very friendly and efficient. Our complement go to the Chef and kitchen staff for, what all my guests agreed, was an outstanding meal. Our accommodation was also excellent. Thank you for making my party dreams come true I have put a post on trip advisor giving you and the working staff that worked on the night and morning in the dining room 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ review there was absolutely nothing I could fault your team lead by Pete that night. They went above and beyond their call of duty even when both bars were card only he turned the one in the party room into accepting cash as well. The staff at Cedar Court Hotel are truly outstanding—the best I’ve ever come across. During our three-night stay, every team member went the extra mile. Anne, Yuvone, and Pablo ensured our meals were perfect, with Recia even arranging for us to split a meal for comfort. Rosin at reception was delightful, and Alex in housekeeping went above and beyond to improve our sleep by addressing a mattress issue promptly. The staff could not have been more welcoming! Just to say a big thank you to you and all your hard working staff following our recent stay at The Cedar Court Hotel. We previously visited on a number of occasions for coffee, lunch and afternoon tea. The hotel has a great location and it’s own on site car park. The staff could not have been more welcoming! They were consistently pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient. All areas were spotlessly clean and our bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. I stayed at the hotel earlier this week with my husband sister and brother in law. We had to cancel 3 times due to illness, but at last we made it. Our experience was amazing from arrival. The girl on reception was very kind helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was memorable. Our rooms were lovely warm and comfortable. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast the best we have had for a long time. The hotel itself was beautiful the gardens immaculate and the icing on the cake were the Christmas decorations.
