Excellent staff work here and that makes all the difference. I have been to this venue numerous times to deliver training. Every time I have been the staff who work on the conference room floors have been amazing. This week I had an issue with the room (not the hotels fault!) and without hesitation the wonderful Wendy and Jackie sorted it out. Tables and chairs were brought in after an alternative room was deemed unsuitable. There was no huffing or puffing, a smile throughout. We went here for our staff development day and our summer conference. The food was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and really helpful. Tracey brook was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. We had refreshments throughout the day and the selection of pastries, cookies, fruit etc was amazing.
