Team Building at Cedar Court Hotels

Myself and a colleague arranged to meet at the hotel to work prior to a meeting and I have nothing but positive things to say. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who explained the car parking and that we could sit anywhere. We were looked after by a fantastic member of staff Megan who was welcoming, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Despite food not being served we asked if we could get a pastry or biscuits and she accommodated us with both – in fact a whole tray of small pastries. The Cedar Court Harrogate proved to be an excellent venue for our Conference. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had a Harrogate conference booking so had 80 rooms booked at Cedar Court Hotel for our Union delegates. From start to end, the Staff at Cedar Court Hotel have been brilliant, and have bent over backwards to help and assist us with meeting rooms and all the requests and demands from our delegates. I had overnight stays in the hotel and a conference room booked. The hotel was well situated in Harrogate, and was very pretty. The conference room was set out very well with all requests being adhered to. The catered food through the day was brilliant and we had more than enough snacks to keep us all going. Excellent staff work here and that makes all the difference. I have been to this venue numerous times to deliver training. Every time I have been the staff who work on the conference room floors have been amazing. This week I had an issue with the room (not the hotels fault!) and without hesitation the wonderful Wendy and Jackie sorted it out. Tables and chairs were brought in after an alternative room was deemed unsuitable. There was no huffing or puffing, a smile throughout. We went here for our staff development day and our summer conference. The food was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and really helpful.
