When we rebuilt FitFlex Gym at Cedar Court Huddersfield, we envisioned a space that was more than just new kit and fresh paint. We wanted it to be a real training ground for the community—a place where people could train, connect, and thrive together. That’s exactly what we saw when the Laund Hill Ladies Rugby Team walked through our doors.

As proud sponsors of Laund Hill RUFC, we were delighted to welcome the team into our completely refurbished gym to put the new space through its paces. From sled pushes down our newly installed runway to powerful reps on the Olympic squat rack, the team brought the energy, and our gym delivered the space and equipment to match.

A Shared Standard
